This service allows us to take your wristwatch for inspection, where dedicated clock repair staff will check and diagnose your watch for free. Based on the diagnosis results, if repairs or overhaul suggestions are needed, we will provide an estimate for repair costs and the duration of the retention on the spot. The main inspection and diagnostic contents are as follows.
- Time Adjustment: We will adjust the displayed time to the correct time.
- Radio Wave Reception Test: We will check whether the radio signal is being received properly. (For radio-controlled watches only)
- Rate Measurement and Inspection: We will confirm that there are no issues with the watch's accuracy.
- Band Cleaning: We will thoroughly clean the dirt in the gaps of the band using an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
