Our dedicated in-store watch repair staff will inspect and diagnose your watch, and perform the battery replacement. The inspection and diagnosis will follow the details below. Please inquire at the store for the cost of the battery replacement.
Only primary batteries can be replaced; secondary batteries may require comprehensive maintenance (overhaul).
*For The Citizen, Campanola, and diver watches (not limited to diver watches, but those with waterproofing of 200m or more), the handling will require 1 month or so for processing.
Operation Diagnosis: We will check the watch's operation and determine if a battery replacement is needed.
Battery Replacement: Our skilled technicians will open the watch case and replace it with an appropriate battery.
Rate Measurement & Inspection: We will verify if there are any issues with the watch’s accuracy.
Water Resistance Test: If the watch has a water resistance feature, a water resistance test will be conducted after the battery replacement.
*We do not carry out water resistance tests for watches whose water resistance guarantee period has expired.
Time Adjustment: We will adjust the displayed time to the correct time.
