As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of CITIZEN's first pocket watch, we will launch the "CITIZEN" brand 100th anniversary pocket watch as a symbol of a new step towards a better future of watches on October 24, 2024 (Thursday).
If you wish to purchase, please apply at the CITIZEN Flagship Store in Tokyo or Osaka. A lottery will be held after the application period ends. Please be aware that applications via phone or email will not be accepted.
Additionally, we will hold a preview exhibition at both stores as soon as the application process begins, so please visit us.

Application Details
- Please fill out the application form with the required information and submit it at the store by the end of business on October 14, 2024 (Monday). The application forms are available at the store, so please ask a staff member. Store hours can be confirmed on the“Frequently Asked Questions” page.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the planned amount, a fair lottery will be held at the CITIZEN Watch Co., Ltd. headquarters.
In the case of a lottery, only the winners will be contacted by phone after 15:00 on October 15, 2024 (Tuesday). - Only those who receive a call from us will be able to purchase the product at the store after the release date. (If the arrival date differs from the release date, we will provide details during the winning notification call)
- The following conditions will void the winning status:
・If we cannot reach you by phone regarding your win by October 20, 2024 (Sunday)
・If you do not purchase the product at the store by November 10, 2024 (Sunday)
(This does not apply to winners whose arrival date differs from the release date.)
・If the resale of the winning right is confirmed on resale sites or similar. - If cancellations occur, we will contact the winners after October 21, 2024 (Monday). We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return our call. If we do not receive a return call by the end of business the day after the contact date, the winning status will be invalidated.
Notes
- Applications are limited to individuals residing in Japan. Please provide a reachable phone number.
Applications are limited to “one application per person.” Multiple applications are not allowed. - If there are any deficiencies in the application or if any fraudulent activities are detected regarding the application, the winning status will be invalidated.
- The rights to win cannot be "resold," "converted to cash," "transferred," or "altered.”
- Only the person who applied will be able to make a purchase. Identification may be requested.
- The serial number associated with the pocket watch cannot be chosen.
- Depending on production circumstances, the purchase date might be delayed from the release date. Thank you for your understanding.
- This product will only be sold in person, and purchasing will be conducted in exchange for a winning ticket at the store. We will not handle payment through bank transfers or shipments.
- Only the winners will be contacted by phone. Inquiries regarding the winning status via phone or email will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept questions regarding lottery results and related matters.
Regarding Personal Information
The personal information provided on the purchase application form will be used only by CITIZEN Watch Co., Ltd. for the purposes of the lottery, contacting applicants, and confirming identity during the visit.
